Arobass — contact@arobass.ch. Diagnostic leads for Arobass IT are stored separately from AroBox (arobass.fr) leads.
What we collect
Name, email, company, optional phone, company size, stated need, free-text message, IP and date of submission (security / abuse prevention).
Purpose and legal basis
Responding to your diagnostic request (pre-contractual steps). Consent via the form checkbox for this processing.
Retention
Leads are kept as long as needed to handle the request and legal accounting duties, then deleted or archived as required.
Processors
Hosting provider (to be named at go-live) and email delivery on the same infrastructure. No advertising networks.
